CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking & Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance. * Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the remaining service balance will be charged * Same-day cancellation or no-show: 100% of the service total will be charged * All deposits are non-refundable Late Arrival Policy A 5-minute grace period is allowed. Appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. * 5–10 minutes late: Appointment will be shortened to the remaining scheduled time. Full service price still applies. * 10+ minutes late: Appointment may be cancelled/rescheduled and the deposit will be forfeited. * Clients arriving 5+ minutes late for Mini Lash Fills, Brow/Wax services, or other short appointments may need to be rescheduled. Repeated lateness may result in being unable to book future appointments. Illness Policy If you are experiencing symptoms of illness, you must reschedule. * Same-day illness cancellations are subject to the applicable cancellation fee. * Clients who arrive sick will be sent home and the appointment will be treated as a same-day cancellation. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all policies.
